Privacy policy
HealthTechDaily ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is stored when you use healthtechdaily.in and related pages.
No accounts
We do not require sign-up. We do not operate a user account system, and we do not ask for your name, address, or payment details to read the feed.
Information stored on your device
The site stores a small amount of data in your browser so preferences persist:
- Theme preference (light, dark, or system)
- Saved stories and read/unread state
- Mobile layout mode and related reading preferences
- A short-lived visitor cookie used only to distinguish new visits for unread logic
This data stays in your browser (localStorage / cookies). Clearing site data removes it. We do not sync these preferences to a HealthTechDaily account server.
Server and hosting
The website is a static site. Hosting and CDN providers may process standard technical logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URLs) as part of delivering the pages. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.
Feedback survey
If you open the feedback survey from Settings, the form is provided by Tally (tally.so). Answers you submit are processed by Tally under their own privacy terms. Only submit information you are comfortable sharing.
If you email us (for example at contact@healthtechdaily.in), we will use your message and address only to respond and, if needed, to improve the service.
Third-party sites
Story links open publisher websites. Fonts may load from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
Children
The site is a general news aggregator and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
